Cosplay: Robbie Reyes Day 2
Dec. 13th, 2018 08:40 pmToday I took my mildly-mutilated $27 polyurethane motorcycle jacket, checked all my masking tape with a tape measure to make minor adjustments, and sprayed it with like 30 layers of white satin-finished Krylon Fusion spray paint. So far, so good. There's only a small amount of dog hair and a few ragged edges I need to black out, and the coverage is great. Very happy with the satin finish against the pleather.
Next I have to take in the back and sides so it actually looks good. Because I'm good-looking and that Reyes kid is good-looking and no cheap-ass pleather jacket is going to take that away!
On Sunday when I'm off work again, it's binder clips and industrial adhesive a-go-go.
